Fortune Journal of International Management invites
original articles, research papers, case studies, book reviews from
both academicians and practitioners in all areas of management and business.
Contributions should adhere to the following guidelines:-
1. Two copies of the manuscript and an electronic version in MS Word
format (as an attachment) of the same should be submitted. via email
at fiibjournal@fiibindia.com/spanda@fiibindia.com
2. Manuscript should be of 5000-6000 words approximately, excluding
tables, graphs and charts.
3. All text should be in double space with 1-inch margins on all sides
on A-4 size paper using a Garamound font of size 11.
4. The first page of the manuscript should have the title of the paper,
name of the author(s), organizational affiliation, complete mailing
address, phone number, fax number and an organizational email address.
The author name, affiliation, or any other such information should not
be indicated in the manuscript elsewhere.
5. Second page of manuscript should have the abstract of no more than
200 words.
6. All tables, charts & graphs should be prepared on separate sheets
after the references section, and numbered continuously in Arabic numerical
as referred to in the text. The sources, wherever necessary, should
be mentioned at the bottom.
7. Tables and charts should have self-explanatory titles.
8. The Last page of the manuscript must have a brief autobiographical
sketch of all the authors in about 100 words for each author.
9. References should be arranged in alphabetical order and useing APA
guidelines (please see http://www.apastyle.org for details).
10. It is a condition of publication that manuscripts submitted to this
Journal have not already been submitted for publication elsewhere and
will not be simultaneously submitted for publications or be published
elsewhere. No part of the publications may be reproduced, stored in
a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means - electronic,
electrostatic, magnetic tape, mechanical, photocopying, recording or
otherwise, without permission in writing from the Editor.
