At the very outset, we express our deep concern for delay
in the publication of this issue of our Journal. However, we will try
to expedite the process to release the pending issues of the Journal.
As you know, the world is passing through a difficult time such as rise
in the price of commodities in general and crude petroleum products in
particular, high inflation and recession in the market place resulting
in unemployment. Managing business organizations effectively has become
more difficult and critical now-a -days in such a turbulent world. Therefore,
it is necessary for researchers and trainers to explore new vistas of
business dynamics and carry them to practitioners for its implementation.
Against this backdrop, Fortune Institute of International Business strives
to contribute for enrichment and advancement of understanding of issues
in management and its implications for further research. Our journal,
